The Committee on legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General's office in all law enforcement agencies of the country has launched the "electronic search journal" functionality in a pilot mode.
the Journal is developed on the basis of the Unified register of pre-trial investigations system that has been in effect since 2015 and includes all stages of the investigator and operative's actions to search for persons in automated mode.
From February this year launched the e-registration investigation cases on persons hiding from criminal prosecution bodies and court, as from September this year, began testing for the electronic registration of cases on missing persons.
In the framework of electronic search case on missing persons in November held a presentation in the southern regions of the country (Shymkent, Turkestan and Jambyl regions) for representatives of the internal Affairs bodies, service of economic investigations, anti-corruption service of the Prosecutor's office and territorial subdivisions of the Committee.
It should be noted that the implementation of electronic search significantly reduces the time for the establishment, re-assignment and termination of search cases. The effectiveness of work in electronic mode is evaluated by all law enforcement agencies.
