About placement on the Internet portal of the draft order on the accident report

November 20, 2019 on the Internet portal of open data of regulatory legal acts ((https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=1996053&type=2 ) posted a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on amendments and additions to the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 16, 2015 No. 131" on approval of the form of the statistical report "on road accidents that caused death or injury of people" and Instructions for its formation"" (hereinafter-the draft).

The project was developed in accordance with sub-paragraph 4 of paragraph 1.5 of the Protocol decision of the meeting of the coordinating Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan on law enforcement, law and order and the fight against crime dated August 15, 2019 No. 1ks-19/01.

The project provides for the introduction of new cards in the form of DTP-3 "card for recording submissions made in accordance with article 200 of the Criminal procedure code of the Republic of Kazakhstan" and DTP-4 "Card for recording decisions of considered submissions made in accordance with article 200 of the Criminal procedure code of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

The relevant amendments were made to the report of the form "on road accidents that caused death or injury of people".

Public discussion of the project is held within 10 working days.
