Press release to the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "on approval of the report form No. 4 " on the execution of judicial acts " and Instructions for its formation»

November 26, 2019 on the Internet portal of open data (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=1996053&type=2) of regulatory legal acts placed a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the report form № 4 "About the execution of judicial acts" and Instructions for its formation" (hereinafter – the project).

The project provides for the addition of the current report of electronic information and records the information on the arrears of child support, the decisions on refusal to initiate enforcement proceedings.

Public discussion of the project is held within 10 working days.
