December 4, 2019 on the open data Internet portal (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=2646641&type=2 the draft Decree "on amendments to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 13, 2017 No. 563 "on certain issues of the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter – the draft) has been published.

In order to conform with the Law of 25 November 2019 No. 272-VI "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of rendering state services" (hereinafter - the Law) developed a draft decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About modification and additions in the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 13 October 2017 № 563 "About some questions of bodies of Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereafter – draft Decree).

The draft Decree provides for amendments to sub-paragraph 29) paragraph 22 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated October 13, 2017 No. 563 "on certain issues of the Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
