PRESS RELEASE to the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 22, 2021 No. 92 "On approval of forms of reports on the work of courts on administrative cases, electronic information accounting documents, and Instructions for their entry and formation"

10 февраля 2022 года на интернет-портале открытых данных НПА (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=13997258) размещен проект приказа Генерального Прокурора Республики Казахстан «О внесении изменений в приказ Генерального Прокурора Республики Казахстан от 22 июня 2021 года № 92 «Об утверждении форм отчетов о работе судов по рассмотрению административных дел, электронных информационных учетных документов, и Инструкции по их вводу и формированию» (далее – проект). 

Настоящий проект разработан в целях совершенствования отчета о работе судов по рассмотрению административных дел в рамках Административного процедурно-процессуального кодекса.

Публичное обсуждение проекта приказа проводится в течение 10 рабочих дней.
