26 августа 2021 года на интернет-портале открытых данных НПА (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=11044827) размещен проект приказа Генерального Прокурора Республики Казахстан «О внесении изменений в приказ Генерального Прокурора Республики Казахстан от 27 февраля 2018 года № 29 «Об утверждении Правил ведения и использования специальных учетов лиц, совершивших уголовные правонарушения, привлекаемых к уголовной ответственности, лиц, привлеченных к уголовной ответственности за совершение уголовного правонарушения и дактилоскопического учета задержанных, содержащихся под стражей и осужденных лиц» (далее – проект). 

Настоящий проект разработан в рамках реализации Закона Республики Казахстан от 3 марта 2021 года «О внесении изменений и дополнений в Закон Республики Казахстан «О дипломатической службе Республики Казахстан» (слово «рубеж» заменено словом «граница»).

Публичное обсуждение проекта приказа проводится в течение 10 рабочих дней.
