The materials of the criminal case can be obtained in the online format

As part of the implementation of the instructions of the Head of State, announced on September 1 in the Address to the People of Kazakhstan "Kazakhstan in a new reality: time for action", the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the Prosecutor General's Office has implemented the "Public Sector"functionality for participants in criminal proceedings.

The "Public Sector" is created for the convenience and time-saving of lawyers and participants in criminal proceedings.

Participants in the criminal process, from the moment of acquiring the procedural status, have access to the relevant materials of the electronic criminal case, to the extent determined by the investigator.

With the help of the Public Sector online, participants can receive copies of procedural documents, submit applications, petitions and receive responses to them in electronic format.

To get access to the case file, you need to log in using an electronic digital signature (EDS) on the portal Qamqor.gov.kz and select the tab "Public sector of the Unified Register of pre-trial Investigation".
