Amendments concerning public services

In order to reduce the number of requests for certificates in paper form for use on the territory of Kazakhstan, explanatory amendments were made to the Rules for the provision of the state service "Issuance of a certificate of the presence or absence of a criminal record", the text of the document form on paper was specified - "This certificate is issued for travel abroad".

The certificate in paper form is issued only for its presentation abroad, and in the territory of Kazakhstan the certificate is used exclusively in electronic form.

We remind you that today, without burdening citizens, the initiators of requests, if necessary, can receive a certificate independently through the "electronic government" implemented on the web portal www.egov.kz "Service for obtaining certificates by third parties".
