Press release to the draft Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2020 No. 162

March 11, 2021 on the Internet portal of open data of the NPA (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=7384123) the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan " On Amendments to the Order of the Acting Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2020 No. 162 "On Approval of the Rules for Registration of Acts of Appointment, Additional Acts on Extending the Terms of Inspection and preventive control and supervision with a Visit to the Subject (Object) of control and supervision and their cancellation, notifications of Suspension, Resumption, extending the terms of inspection and preventive control and supervision with a visit to the subject (object) of control and supervision, changing the composition of participants and submitting information accounting documents on inspection and preventive control and supervision with a visit to the subject (object) of control and supervision and their results."

The project was developed in order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 397-VI of December 30, 2020 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Technical Regulation, Entrepreneurship, Improvement of the system of public administration and Payments" (hereinafter – the Law).

This Law introduces amendments to paragraph 2 of Article 141 of the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to which, from July 1 of this year, the Prosecutor General's Office has the competence to determine the procedure for making changes to the semi-annual schedules of inspections.

Public discussion of the draft order is held within 10 working days.
