March 11, 2021 on the Internet portal of open data of the NPA (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=7385734)The draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Approval of the form of semi – annual inspection Schedules and the Procedure for Making changes to the semi-annual inspection Schedules" (hereinafter referred to as the draft) has been published.

The project was developed in order to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 397-VI of December 30, 2020 "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Technical Regulation, Entrepreneurship, Improvement of the System of public Administration and Payments" (hereinafter referred to as the Law).

This Law introduces amendments to paragraph 2 of Article 141 of the Business Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to which, from July 1 of this year, the Prosecutor General's Office has the competence to determine the procedure for making changes to the semi-annual schedules of inspections.

Public discussion of the draft order is held within 10 working days.
