22 Feb 2021 on the Internet portal of open data NPA (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=7071056) posted a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of the Rules for data Bank on citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan, prosecuted, convicted and sentenced abroad."
This project was developed in order to improve the maintenance of a data bank on citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan brought to criminal responsibility, convicted and serving sentences abroad.
The implementation of the project does not provide for a reduction in state revenues or an increase in state expenditures, does not require additional financial expenditures from the state budget and does not increase the limits of the staffing of state bodies, does not entail negative socio-economic and legal consequences.
Public discussion of the draft order is held within 10 working days.
