Press release on the draft Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2017 No. 124 "On Approval of the Forms of Judicial Statistical Reports in the Civil Law Sphere and Instructions for their Formation»

19 Feb 2021 on the Internet portal of open data NPA (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=7000654) posted a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments in the order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 2, 2017, № 124 "On approval of forms of judicial statistical reports in civil law and guidelines for the formation of the"".

This project has been developed in order to bring it into compliance with the current legislation, namely::

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 10, 2020 No. 342-VI ZRK "On Amendments and Additions to the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Introduction of Modern Formats of Court Work, reducing unnecessary court procedures and costs" excluded subparagraph 18 of Article 135 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 29, 2020 No. 351-VI SAM "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Administrative procedural Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan", Article 250, Chapters 27, 28, 29 of the Civil Procedure Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (effective from July 1, 2021).

Public discussion of the draft order is held within 10 working days.
