Draft Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Invalidation of Certain Orders of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan

On February 11, 2021, on the Internet portal of open data of the NPA (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=6857721) the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the invalidation of certain orders of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan"has been published.

The draft law invalidates the Order of the Prosecutor General dated January 29, 2016 No. 22 "On Approval of the List of Open Data published on the Internet Portal of Open Data of the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as other orders of the Prosecutor General, which amended the above order.

Public discussion of the draft order is held within 10 working days.
