The project was developed in accordance with sub-item 2) Paragraph 2 of Article 44 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", according to which normative legal acts that regulate the procedure for interaction of authorized bodies with other state bodies and do not apply to third parties are not subject to state registration in the judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Public discussion of the draft order is held within 10 working days.
