More than 27 thousand facts of quarantine violations were revealed in 2020

During the period of the pandemic, the introduction of quarantine restrictions and the tightening of sanitary requirements, the number of offenses detected by health system employees increased.

In total, about 37 thousand decisions were issued on the imposition of a fine in the amount of 3.6 billion tenge, of which the offenders paid 3 billion tenge.

Including for violation of requirements in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population (article 425 Craap) for offences related to violation of quarantine measures in 2020, the country made 27 thousand decisions on the imposition of a fine in the amount of 2.2 billion tenge, of which recovered to $ 1.4 billion.

Most of these fines were imposed in the Turkestan region – 5,014, Almaty – 4,775 and East Kazakhstan region-1,831.

The smallest number of them was recorded in Mangystau – 204, Pavlodar - 523 and Zhambyl-590 regions.

For violation of the mask regime, 15,613 individuals were brought to administrative responsibility, the leaders are Almaty - 4,434, Turkestan region-4,009 and East Kazakhstan region-1,126.
