Say "NO" to drugs
A new Article 299-1 has been introduced into the Criminal Code, which criminalizes graffiti advertising drug-selling sites.
The penalty for it is imprisonment for up to 3 years.
If this crime is committed by a group of persons, repeatedly, in educational institutions or places of mass gathering, using the media or electronic information resources, using official position, the penalty is set in the form of imprisonment for a term of 3 to 6 years.
For 11 months of 2020, 149 crimes have already been registered.
