The attention of drivers

Many drivers do not attach serious importance to the established road markings and begin to change lanes in front of traffic lights, crossing a solid line. Only after receiving an SMS notification of the presence of a fine under article 601 h.1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses, which is 3 MCI or 8334 tenge, learn that they have committed an administrative offense.

Remember, if the fine is paid within the first 7 days after receiving the SMS notification, its amount with a 50% discount will be 4,167 tenge.

In accordance with part 4-1 of article 743 Of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on administrative offenses, the order on the need to pay a fine is recognized as duly delivered when sending a text message to the mobile subscriber number specified on the E-government web portal.

In order to receive timely information about the fine and pay for it at a discount, we strongly recommend that all car owners register or check the relevance of the mobile phone number specified in their personal account on the E-government web portal.
