October 8, 2020 on the open data Internet portal (https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=5096162) the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to certain orders of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of legal statistics and special accounting" (hereinafter – the draft) has been published.

This project is designed to bring in accordance with the Law of may 13, 2020 "On amendments and additions to some legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on issues of regulation of migration processes", decrees of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 8, 2020 No. 407 "On measures on further improvement of state administration system of Kazakhstan" and from September 9, 2020 № 408 "About education of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Public discussion of the project is carried out within 10 working days.
