On 25.07.2023, the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to the Order of the Acting Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2020 No. 162 "On approval of the Rules for Registration of Appointment acts, additional acts on extending the terms of preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control was posted on the Internet portal of open data of the NPA and supervision and (or) verification, refusal of their registration and cancellation, notifications of suspension, resumption, extension of the terms of preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control and supervision and (or) inspection, change in the composition of participants and submission of information accounting documents on preventive control with a visit to the subject (object) of control and supervision and (or) inspection and their results"". There were no comments on the project.
