On 05.10.2022, the draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 4, 2017 No. 78 "On approval of the Rules for Maintaining and using special records of persons who have absconded from the inquiry, investigation, court, as well as persons evading punishment was posted on the Internet portal of open data of the NPA or the implementation of probation control, missing persons who have lost contact with relatives who are unable to report their identification data, corpses whose identity has not been established and wanted persons, who are debtors in enforcement proceedings, defendants in lawsuits filed in the interests of the state, as well as for the recovery of alimony, compensation for damage caused by injury or other damage to health, death of the breadwinner."
