According to paragraph 27 of the Model Regulation on certification of law enforcement officers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 8, 2005 No. 1612, as modified on December 21, 2016 No. 390 (hereinafter – Position), we inform you that on January 13, 2023 at 10:00 o'clock in the building of the Public Institution "Management of the Committee on legal statistics and special records of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Pavlodar region", which is located at the address: Pavlodar city, Oljabay Batyr street, 22, scheduled meeting of the certification Commission.
According to the Regulation, to ensure transparency and objectivity of the work of the attestation Commission, no more than three observers are involved in the meeting of the attestation Commission.
Observers can be deputies of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and maslikhats of all levels, representatives of public associations.
