On 06/18/2021, the Internet portal of open data of the NPA posted a draft order of the Prosecutor General of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 4, 2017 No. 78 "On approval of the Rules for maintaining and using special records of persons who have fled from the inquiry, investigation, court, as well as persons evading punishment or probation control, missing persons who have lost contact with relatives, unable to report identification data, corpses whose identity has not been established and wanted persons who are debtors in enforcement proceedings, defendants in lawsuits, presented in the interests of the state, as well as for the recovery of alimony, compensation for damage caused by injury or other damage to health, death of the breadwinner."
