In the new place

The nine-story house was built at the intersection of Kutuzov street and Donetskaya street. It has 36 one-room, 81 two-room and 27 three-room flats. The total cost of the building ​​(13.7 th m2) was KZ 1.6 bln.

“Today we put the house into operation on the land, which has been waste for some decades. As part of the inventory of idle land, we have done the work. After that the owner of the land came to akimat with the project to build a house, which was successfully implemented”, the head of the region added.

The new house was the fifth high-rise building, pit into operation in Pavlodar region under the program “Нурлы Жер”, the operator of which was “Baiterek Development” JSC.
