Good land and people

During the working trip to Uspenka area akim of the region Bulat Bakauov visited the houses of the immigrants from China in Olgino village. It is a reminder that he promised to pay a visit to oralmans, who had moved to Priirtyshye.

The head of the region gave keys from the house to the address: Olgino village, Gagarin st., 80 – oralman Kakhardan Talap. In September 2017, his family bought a house in Olgino village, but on December 3 the house was burnt down. The branch of the party “NurOtan” of Uspenka area organized a whip-round for rendering assistance to the victims (as well as furniture, housewares, household appliances and etc).

21 families (76 people) arrived in Olgino village in 2017. Another oralman from China Adal Khamitkhan went by tractor more than 1.5 th km. It took one week.

“I always dreamed that my children lived in my homeland. For the first time I visited Pavlodar region in April, talked with the local authorities and in the summer I came there with my family. I liked good land, people and nature. In China we lived near the Irtysh, it was good conditions for cattle breeding. Therefore, we have chosen this region” he said. This summer Adal Khamitkhan put two sons and wife on a bas to Pavlodar region and he with the friend went by the tractor. Having sold all his property in China, Adal Khamitkhan bought the house in Olgino village of Uspenka area (KZ 2 mln) and set up a business (KZ 7 mln)”, he said.

The return of ethnic Kazakhs from China to Pavlodar region began in 2009. If only 5 people arrived in our region in 2015, this year -124 people.

In Olgino village there is primary education – 1-4 Kazakh classes. Many children go to the school in Lozovoe village. The issue of allocating land for animal husbandry was resolved; 4 families obtained subsidies for moving and renting a house. Those families had the opportunity to buy houses. With help of the Employment Center 3 heads of the families were employed as maintenance workers in “Farmat mach Company” in Pavlodar (on a rotational basis), 1 employed as an accompanier in the House of Culture in Olgino village. Akimat of Uspenka area gave 40 tons of solid fuel. In the near future it will be the bus service Uspenka-Olgino-Uspenka;
