Plans for a year

The heads of each department reported to the head of the region on how the objectives, which are raised before the governmental institutions, will be achieved. For instance, it is intended in culture department, archives and records administration to double the income of enterprises in cultural sector. For this purpose it is planned to work on development of new forms of community outreach, to implement new popular services, to change repertoire policy of theatres, to open new types of chargeable clubs and to increase the quantity of tour concerts. Besides, work development in the field of public private cooperation is to be developed.

This year we plan to realize not less than two projects of public private cooperation. There is assignment for use of park named after 50-years of Ekibastuz and city park of culture and rest in Aksu, – Ardak Paiymbek, head of administration mentioned. There is a potential investor for Ekibastuz. Negotiations are in progress.

In the meanwhile Marat Aidashev, the head of physical training and sports administration, has told about what large international competitions sportsmen of Pavlodar oblast will take part in.

– We expect that our 6 sportsmen will take part in XXIII Winter Olympic Games in Pkhenchhan, the South Korea, – he said. – We also expect that not less than four our sportsmen will participate in Summer Asian Games this year.

Akim of Pavlodar oblast directed all his deputies to reconsider the plans supervised by the departments and issue amendments, which were stated during the meeting.
