The head of the region started his report with achievements in the economy, which growth equaled 5.4%. As it turned out, that was the highest rate since 2011.

– “The main contribution to the development of the economy is still made by industry, the growth in this sector was 5.1%,” the akim stated. – “All the basic enterprises of the oblast work steadily and increased production volumes by the end of the year. Within the framework of industrialization 4.0 large enterprises are carrying out technological re-equipment of existing production facilities.”

Speaking about the agro-industrial complex of Pavlodar oblast, Bulat Bakauov noted that in each district the creation of dairy farms remains urgent. According to the head of the region, milk reception centers should be functioning in almost all settlements, because its delivery is a daily income for many families.

– “Last year, I raised the issue of increasing the purchase price of milk from the population, which was only 50-65 tenge,” – said the speaker. – “Thanks to members of the community council, who also supported this issue, now the purchase of milk from the population is realized at a price of no less than 70 tenge per liter.”

In 2017, much has been done in the region in the area of ​​improvement. During the repair campaign contractors renovated as much as 180 yards.

– “This year, we will completely close the issue of improvement of block territories ,” – assured Bulat Bakauov. – “For this, more than 2.8 billion tenge is envisaged.”

Following the meeting, the members of the community council of Pavlodar oblast positively assessed the work of Bulat Bakauov in 2017 and expressed their hope that their opinion in resolving important issues for the region would be considered from now on.
