During the meeting, the Head of Akim Apparatus Rasul Urazgulov noted that 35 out of 368 rural settlements of Pavlodar Oblast did not have access to the Internet, and therefore could not use the services of “e-government”. Therefore, it was proposed to establish autonomous stations in such villages.

“Installation of one such station costs 110 thousand tenge, the subscription fee for monthly maintenance is 56 thousand tenge,” – said the Regional Administrator of Passenger Transport and Highways Yermurat Nurkhanov. – “There is a company that is already engaged in this work.”
To implement all the works related to installation and connection of the villages, which are “cut off” the global network, was planned before the end of 2018. But the Akim of the Oblast demanded to solve this problem before the end of the first half of the year.

“The end of the year is not appropriate,” Bulat Bakauov snapped out. – “There is a specific order on this matter, but the first quarter of 2018 is already coming to an end, and the issue has not yet been resolved. Solve this problem until the end of the first half-year! It is necessary to understand what amount of money is necessary, and to identify it at the nearest budget clarification.”
