Bulat Bakauov: Five Initiatives of Nursultan Nazarbayev are Aimed at Improvement of People’s Welfare

During the meeting of the Region’s active core held in the House of Friendship, Pavlodar Oblast Akim noted that each of the five initiatives of the President is the next step towards the improvement of the life of Kazakhstan people of Kazakhstan. In the first place, Bulat Bakauov drew attention to the new “7 – 20 – 25” housing program, which will make housing in the country more affordable.

“In 2017, 13 apartment blocks were built in our region, which is 49% more than in 2016,” – he said. – “This year we are going to put in commission 300 thousand square meters of housing. Thanks to the new program, many Pavlodar citizens will be able to realize the dream of their own apartment.”

By the way, in Pavlodar Oblast, Nursultan Nazarbayev’s initiative to improve the living conditions of student youth was supported. Last year two dormitories were built in the Oblast Centre.

“We saw joy in the eyes of students and their parents,” said the Akim. – “It’s a good job and it’s necessary to continue it. Every rural and needy student must be provided with a dormitory. When building dormitories, emphasis should be placed on the principle of public-private partnership.”

Bulat Bakauov called the tasks set by the President quite solvable. He instructed his deputies to work out an algorithm for further actions to implement the measures with the central authorities, and also demanded to develop “A Roadmap” for the implementation of five social initiatives and assign responsible executives for each item.
