Trash Should Be Sorted Out

Representatives of theDirectorate for Subsurface Use, Environment and Water Resources have informed that today in five schools of the Oblast Centre already a new system of garbage collection has been applied. The implementation of the same system in other educational institutions is planned in May when special containers are ready.

“The state agencies of the Oblast are also taking on the task of purchase of special containers for separate waste collection,” said the Head of the Department Kadylzhan Satiyev. – “Currently, the issue of inclusion of Pavlodar into the list of “pilot cities” is under consideration, this will let us introduce a system of separate garbage collection at the expense of Operator ROP, LLP.”

Akim of Pavlodar Nurzhan Ashimbetov has noticed that in the city the company works performing the disposal of the paper and plastic waste.

As the Head of the Health Department Oraz Mukashev has added at the meeting, Pavlodar doctors will also use the separate collection of garbage. According to him, an order for the installation of special litter bins in medical institutions has already been given.
