After that, the Ministry of Energy developed and approved a schedule for the production of bitumen for 2018, according to which our contractors will purchase the required bitumen volume from POCR, LLP.”
According to the information provided by the oil refinery, about 22,000 tons of bitumen were shipped from the plant up to date, 15,000 remained in the region. The next month the enterprise intends to produce 41 thousand tons of bitumen.
“The question of the preparation of bitumen should be on daily control,” – Akim of Pavlodar Oblast stated. – “In the summer, the supplier can raise the price for its products, because where there’s demand, there’s supply, and after that builders will complain about the lack of funds, huge queues for bitumen, for which not only Pavlodar people will come. We specially paid in advance and in the autumn told the contractors to start to prepare materials.”
Bulat Bakauov instructed the subordinates to meet at least once a week with major contract organizations and keep the issue of procuring supplies under control.
