A new chairman of the regional court in Pavlodar region

By the decree of the Head of the State of July 8, 2020 Bakhytzhan Karamanov appointed the chairman of the Pavlodar regional court.

Akim of the region Abylkair Skakov introduced the new chairman of the regional court of Pavlodar region. The head of the region told about Bakhytzhan Karamanov's great experience in the judicial system and wished him success in his work.

“The work of the judicial system is very important for the whole society. One of the priority tasks of both judicial and law enforcement agencies is people’s confidence. I am sure that your rich experience of work contributes to the solution of the tasks, set before the judicial system by the Head of the State”, Abylkair Skakov said.

Over the last five years Bakhytzhan Karamanov worked in the Almaty city court as the chairman of the judicial division on criminal cases and as a judge. From 2002 to 2015 Karamanov was a judge at the Military Court. Prior to that, he held different positions in the Military Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan, department of military prosecution PGO RK and etc.
