As the president of SEORIN Construction Manil Park said, he, along with his colleagues, had already visited the existing construction sites of Pavlodar and evaluated the prospects for the development of the housing complex Dostyk. According to him, the South Korean company, which annually can build up to 100 thousand square meters of housing, is ready to build apartment buildings at its own expense.

“We could provide you with a plot of land with communications connected to it,” the Akim of Pavlodar Oblast answered. – “If, as a result, the cost per square meter in the house built by you is no more than 150 thousand tenge, we will be able to sell these apartments through the mortgage program of Zhilstroysberbank. And then you could leave the first floor of the house for commercial purposes.”

In addition, Bulat Bakauov ascertained from the South Korean builders whether they had experience in building social and cultural facilities, offering them to consider the possibility of building a concert hall for 1500 seats, the project of which is currently being developed in Pavlodar. Manil Park promised to think over the proposal after a more detailed discussion of this issue. In addition, the Head of the Region invited guests to visit Pavlodar house-building factory, which will take an active part in the construction of the housing complexe Dostyk.
