Improvement of the yards should be with consideration of people’s proposals - Abylkair Skakov

The head of the region made a working trip of Pavlodar and met with people of the houses, where the repair had been this year.

The first place, akim of Pavlodar region visited, was Naberezhnaya, 1. The area, adjacent to the houses, and parking lots were asphalted and a multifunctional playground was installed there. According to people, a large-scale renovation has not been here for 40 years.

“Our children are happy and parents are pleased with it.  Now we do not need to go to other yards, parks and play here. We have participated in the improvement process and after our applications, all defects have been eliminated. Residents checked the course of all work”, Yelena Sakhipova said.

Near the houses in Aimanov street, 46 and 48, the area, adjacent to the houses, was asphalted and playground was installed. Abylkair Skakov saw the construction shortcomings. The benches for the rest of people were not fixed.

“You must express your opinion as users. I set the task so that all projects for the improvement of the yards should be coordinated with people who could make their proposals, ”Abylkair Skakov said.

Akim of the region also met with people living in Arkhangelskaya street, who complained about the non-working sewage system. As it turned out, the problem is that the private sewerage networks and main pipeline were at different depths.

“The pipes are clogged, water runs into our root cellar”, people noted.

Talking to the contractors and akim of Pavlodar Yerzhan Imanslyam, Abylkair Skakov demanded to repair defects within three days.

“The most important thing is that residents have normally working sewage system”, he charged.

The head of the region also visited the theater named after Zh.Aimauytov, where the facade was repaired. The next place was the lyceum №10 named after Abay. It was repaired and additional building was constructed there. Akim recalled that the contractors must did all work with high quality and on time.

Near Kenzhekol village Abylkair Skakov met with the representative of “KazAvtoZhol” JSC, who reported on the construction of the traffic interchange on the highway “Pavlodar-Semey”. In 2017 the project was scrapped. As of today, there are two roads - from Pavlodar to Aksu and from Aksu to Kenzhekol.

“Now this project is under state examination, which will be completed at the end of September. After the examination, we will start work and by the end of this year we will try to open traffic in all directions”, the head of the Pavlodar branch of “KazAutoZhol” JSC Akylbek Kabyldin said.

It is planned to complete the project in 2021. The head of the region noted that he had received complaints about the incomplete junction. Akim charged not to take too long with solution of the issue.
