Pavlodar Oblast Will Continue the Active Implementation of the “Rukhani Zhangyru” Program

The Akim of the Oblast noted that under “Rukhani Zhangyru” program in the Pavlodar Irtysh Land 183 projects are going to be realized for 11 billion KZT, which will become a powerful economic incentive to the development of the region. In total, over the past year, 52 projects were implemented, this year – 131 projects. It was possible to see how the region worked under this program at a special exhibition, which was held in the lobby of “KazMediaCentre”. One of the main projects implemented in 2017 and well-loved by a great many people, was the ethnic festival “Uli Dala Yeli”.

“Uli Dala Yeli” ethnic festival is gaining immense popularity. More than 70 thousand spectators came to the festival. It had been miscalculated, people were stuck in traffic jams to get there. Those who went to Germany in olden times, also want to visit this holiday, and, as I said, three days in a row we will have concerts. Last year, among the guests of the ethnic festival were ethnic Kazakhs from Russia, China, Mongolia, with whom we discussed issues of their concernment,” – the Head of the region brought into focus.

“This year we celebrate the anniversaries of the famous natives of our region: the 350th anniversary of Bukhar Zhyrau, the 200th anniversary of Musa Shormanov, the 160th anniversary of Mashkhur Zhusup, the 150th anniversary of Yestay, the 125th anniversary of Sultanmakhmut Toraigyrov. The climax of all these solemn events will take place at the festival “Uly Dala Yeli”, a special republican research-to-practice conference is planned.
