About the housing stock of Pavlodar region

As of August 1, 2020, according to the statistical register of the housing stock of Pavlodar region, the number of residential buildings amounted to 74716 with total area - 16388.6 th m2, living area - 10390.1 th m2.

The number of one-family houses - 54462 or 73% of the total number of residential buildings, multi-apartment houses - 20254 or 27%. 26464 houses are registered in the urban areas and 48252 - in rural areas.

As for forms of ownership, 5.5% of the total area is the state property, 94.5% is private.

The number of apartments was 274.8 th, including in the urban areas - 208.6 th or 76% of the total number of apartments, in the rural areas - 66.2 th or 24%.
