Akim of the region inspected repair and construction works in Pavlodar area

The head of the region paid a visit to Pavlodar area. In five villages akim of the region inspected the work for the improvement of the social facilities and rural infrastructure.

The first place, Abylkair Skakov visited, was Shakat village. The school was repaired there under the program “Employment Roadmap”, namely facade finish, sports hall and replacement of electrical wiring. The head of the region has recalled that there should be a complex approach to improve the educational institutions and other social facilities.

“There should be no disproportions between the village and city. This year before the implementation of the program “Employment Roadmap” we said, not by chance, that the quality of construction and installation works should be high. Today, villagers and district administration see the work of the contractor”, akim of the region noted.

In Kemenger village Abylkair Skakov went to see the former educational and laboratory building, which was reconstructed to be a school for 250 seats. The contracting organization has already been working for three months. According to the plan, it should commission the object in early August. However, head of the region believed that the builders would not meet the deadline.

“The most difficult thing for you - to complete the final stage. You need about a month. To complete everything in 10 days, you need at least 100 people here. Why do you lead us up the garden?”, akim of the region noted.

In the higher innovative agrarian college "Ertis" Abylkair Skakov saw the laboratory, veterinary complex, dormitory and canteen. According to the head of the college Serik Dzhartybayev, all these rooms had not been repaired since the day they were built. Overhaul will improve the educational process and quality of student’s life. There are students from other regions of Kazakhstan.

At the Pavlodar agricultural experimental station, the head of the region was told about the success in developing new varieties of grain, forage crops and perennial grasses. Special varieties of seeds were developed at the enterprise in Kemenger for the large Pavlodar agricultural enterprises - "Galitskoe" LP, "Pobeda" LP and others. The workers of the station also participated in the last year's work on preparing the raw material base for the future sugar factory. Akim asked the scientists to continue to take part in that project.

In Kemenger village Abylkair Skakov also paid a visit to the outpatient clinic built five years ago. On average, rural health workers see up to 30 people per day. A mobile team work here as well. It has received almost 120 calls for the last three months.

In Olginka village, the head of the region was informed about the construction of the water supply system. Today the builders lay distribution networks and next year they plan to finish the work.

Akim of the region met with entrepreneurs. The representative of one of PE Sergey Kusainov presented a workshop for the production of bakery products, semi-finished products and dairy products. Entrepreneurs sell all manufactured products in the village and deliver to the regional center.

Abylkair Skakov also talked to the head of the farm "Ertis". Vasily Khrenov told about the plans to launch a dairy farm for 800 heads.

“The first module for 400 heads is almost ready for commissioning. We plan to start work in September and employ 12-15 people”, the farmer said.

In Olginka village Abylkair Skakov saw the reconstruction of the children's and children’s youth sports school and house of culture, which had been empty for many years. In the repaired house of culture there will be a post office and district akimat.

In Novoyamyshevo village the head of the region went to see the house of culture and outpatient clinic. A gym of the children’s youth sports school was repaired in the same village. Young men will go there to play volleyball and football.

The last place, akim visited, was Zarya village. Today the builders lay water pipes here. They have already laid 21 km of 22.9 km of networks, installed 198 water wells and laid pipes to 200 houses.

Two semi-detached houses have been built under the program “Enbek”. They are intended for people who arrive in Zarya to work and live. The houses will be finished in the near future. It is planned to create a full-size football field near the sports complex. Abylkair Skakov charged to consider the possibility of allocating funds for these purposes.
