A meeting was held in the regional akimat. The theme was the current epidemiological situation in the region and some other issues.
“Today, the temporary hospitals of Pavlodar region are occupied by 45%.
At the beginning of July the number of calls to the first-aid station has reached 1120 per day, yesterday - 582 calls. There is also a decrease in the number of people hospitalized in the temporary hospitals in 2.5 times - from 373 to 150 people and in the number of patients, who have outpatient treatment - in 847 patients or 5.7%”, representative of the Department of Health Anara Omarova said.
“The Department of Health and organization of primary health and social care and hospitals need to prepare and organize elective care, which has been suspended due to the coronavirus. We must start providing quality medical care since August 1”, Abylkair Skakov charged.
The other issue, discussed in the meeting, was development of animal husbandry in Pavlodar region. According to the head of the Department of Agriculture of the region Serik Batyrguzhinov, this year it is planned to start implementation of the pilot project for construction of 10 cattle farms and 10 small cattle farms for 100 and 500 heads each, respectively.
“This project will be carried out by the social-entrepreneurial corporation “Pavlodar” and “Agrarian Credit Corporation. The implementation of the project will increase the breeding stock of cattle by 1.5% and small cattle - by 0.8%.”, the head of the department noted.
In addition, 9 dairy farms are built (for 5936 heads) in 2020. These are PC "Lugansk" for 316 heads, “Kirov” LP for 420 heads, LP farm "Zhana kala" for 600 heads, farm "Yertis" for 800 heads, "Aktogay Agro" LP for 1000 heads, "Galitskoe" LP for 1000 heads, "Kron Agro" LP for 1000 heads, "Ushterek&K" LP for 600 heads and "AgroDamu" LP for 200 heads. More than 7000 tons of milk was exported from the region last year.
“We need a balance between the load of the dairy factories and export of raw materials. Our processors mainly buy milk from private farm households, where the quality of raw materials does not always meet the required standards. This is a problem of the quality of the broodstock”, the head of the region noted.
Abylkair Skakov entrusted the head of the Department of Agriculture to propose a regional plan to improve the breeding stock of private farm households and improve the quality of milk.
