The New Chief Is in the Department of Agriculture

In 2003 Nurbolat Makashev graduated from Semipalatinsk State University named after Shakarim majoring in Standardization and Certification of Food Industry, in 2010 – from Turan-Astana University majoring in Legal Sciences, in 2016 – from Master’s Degree Course of German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer upon Bolashak program.

He began his working career in 2007 as a counsellor to the President of Centre of the International Programs, JSC. From 2007 to 2008, he served as an expert, principal specialist, deputy director in departments of Ministry of Agriculture. Before the position of the head of Oblast Administration of Agriculture, he worked as a deputy head of this administration.
