A New Akim in Aktogai District

The Head of the region Bulat Bakauov introduced the new Akim to the front line of the District. He noted that the appointee has the managerial experience necessary to work as the Head of the District. Congratulating on his appointment, the Oblast Akim immediately set main tasks for the subordinate.

“Increasing the investment attractiveness of the District should become a priority in your work,” – said the Head of the Region. – “It is necessary to make maximum use of the potential of the District. In the district, it is necessary to increase the area of irrigation sites. Floodplain territory and proximity to the regional centre should facilitate this. We are ready to support financially projects on construction of infrastructure at the new irrigated lands. But before that, you need to identify a focus group of entrepreneurs who will start this business and bring it to the end.”

Bulat Bakauov also instructed Karshyga Arynov to go actively into the question of irrigation and attracting the population from the surplus regions of the country.

Karshyga Arynov has been a civil servant for more than 20 years. He has work experience in the departments for construction, housing and communal services, communal property and financing. Besides, he worked in the production industry.
