Second. Provision of the hospitals with medical ventilators and oxygen supply equipment.

Today there are 108 medical ventilators in the region, 65 of them are in the infectious and temporary hospitals. In the near future it is expected delivery of another 33.

The third. Perhaps, the most pressing problem. Provision of the hospitals and pharmacies with medicines.

As for medical organizations, they will receive medicines under previously concluded contracts. An additional application has been filed for purchase of medicines to the sum of KZ 1.5 bln. 33 names of antibiotics, thrombolytics and hormones are purchased on an expedited basis.

As for pharmacies, today 17000 packages of paracetamol and more than 6500 bottles of ceftriaxone and cef-3 have arrived in Pavlodar. Tomorrow drugs will be sent to Ekibastuz, Aksu and areas of the region. Tomorrow the distributor “Medservice” will receive about 10000 packages of acetylsalicylic acid, paracetamol, antibiotic drugs, injectable and antiviral drugs. “Biosfera” LP waits for a new arrival of drugs on Friday. “Stofarm” LP gave 1000 package of antibiotics to the pharmacies. In total, wholesale warehouses of the region will receive about 16000 packages of antibiotics, anti-viral medication - about 5000 packages, anti-febrile medicine - about 8000 packages.

Unfortunately, there are people who speculate in medicines. The law enforcement agencies revealed 11 facts of buying-up medicines for resale at inflated prices. I ask all people to be more merciful to each other.

Fifth. Outpatient observation and treatment. Today 9554 people of our region are observed and treated on outpatient basis. 1644 people have mild pneumonia, other people are observed (discharged from hospitals).

It is very important for all these patients to have good treatment. The medical workers have a clear task not to pay attention to any patient and call him. I ask everyone not to self-medicate and follow all doctor’s instructions!

Seventh. Coronavirus tests. Two additional PCR laboratories will be opened in the polyclinic of Pavlodar area and Ekibastuz as well as in the branch of the Center for HIV Prevention. The issue about opening of a laboratory in the regional TB dispensary is under consideration.
