Abylkair Skakov saw the rate of the construction and repair campaign in Pavlodar

Abylkair Skakov made a working tour of the regional center. He controlled the work of the contractors of the program “Employment Roadmap 2020” and assessed the quality of the roads.

In the ice palace "Astana" akim of the region saw the roof overhaul. Due to delays in the delivery of building materials, there were the problems of timely completion of the works. Abylkair Skakov imposed the deadline - no later than July 15.

The head of the region talked to the contractors, involved in the construction of an additional building to the lyceum N10. They had to beautify the adjacent territory. Akim has noted that the builders must complete everything on time and with high quality.

Abylkair Skakov also inspected the repair of Abay street. One month ago akim went to see that road section and spoke negatively about the quality of the work.

“It is necessary to check every meter of the roadbed in the road laboratory.  We will not allow to work with the left hand for the public money”, the head of the region said.

People from “Pavlodar 2” have some claims to the road builders. On Omskaya street, the contractors have asphalted the road, but there are the problems with water wells. Abylkair Skakov charged to fulfill the demand of local residents.

Akim of the region went to the courtyard of the house №204 on Nazarbayev avenue. After the recent visit of Abylkair Skakov, a playground was installed and construction of a football field started. Then the head of the region saw the building of the kindergarten on Zhayau Musa street, 4. Now it is under repair, but soon this preschool institution will take 240 children.

Akim of the region also visited two theaters - Kazakh drama theatre named after Aimauytov and Russian drama theatre named after Chekhov as well as two educational institutions - lyceum №8 and regional boarding school of Altynsarin. Abylkair Skakov has reminded the customers and contractors of the construction schedule compliance and quality of work.

In addition, he went to the junction of Kairbayev and Bukhar Zhyrau streets, where the reconstruction of the sewage collector was. The builders modernized the sewerage system and guaranteed it for 10 years. In the microdistrict "Saryarka" the head of the region saw the construction of a new residential building. Representatives of the company promised to complete the project through the end of the year.

“2020 year is the year of improving the quality of construction and installation works. Transparency of spending of budget funds and control by the public are the key aspects”, akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov said.
