The triage center helps the hospitals and first-aid station

Akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov held the online meeting with members of the emergency operations center, coordinating measures against COVID-19. They discussed the current epidemiological situation in the region.

Every day “103” fields about 1000 calls. The number of hospitalized people is also at the level of the previous days. 329 people were admitted to the temporary hospitals and 180 patients were discharged from there.

“The triage center, opened the day before, helps the hospitals and first-aid station. The center sends “not seriously ill” patients to the day and night clinic, located in Moiyldy, others - to the hospitals”, acting director of Department of Health Birzhan Dosmailov said.

Abylkair Skakov charged to pay great attention to the quality of medical services and patients’ diet. Following the results of the meeting, the head of the region set some tasks: to step up the work of monitoring groups and control the volume of medicines in pharmacies. Akims of the cities and areas were entrusted to work closely with the head physicians.

It is a reminder that the triage center has been opened in the Sports Palace “Bayantau” (Pavlodar) on July 2.  It receives patients, examines them sends to the hospitals. In the triage center there are 150 beds in Moiyldy and Aksu - 650 temporary beds.
