The educational center for children presented on the eve of the Capital Day in Pavlodar

The educational institution for preschool children will work within public-private partnership.

The educational center "Zerek Bala" (for 230 children) has been opened at the address: Lermontov st., 99. There is a dombra room and language studio "Language mix". In the gym children can go in for fitness, sports acrobatics and gymnastics. In the music and rhythm studio there will ballet lessons, in the medical unit – salt spa therapy room for prevention of respiratory children’s diseases.

“We have children's play areas and sports ground. In addition, there is a special area for teaching the traffic rules. It is very important for today”, the director of the educational center Gafura Makhmetova said.

The center will work within public-private partnership. All expenses for reconstruction and equipment of the building (about KZ 300 mln) were covered by the private company. The building of the preschool institution is in confidential management without a purchase option for 15 years.

“Today in Pavlodar there is the need for kindergartens (children 1-3), therefore such projects are in great demand. It is significant that this preschool institution will be opened on the eve of the Capital Day. I would like to congratulate all people on this holiday and wish everyone good health. I hope such social facilities will work for the benefit of our children and all residents of our region”, akim of Pavlodar region Abylkair Skakov noted.

In the near future, the center "Zerek Bala" plans to work at full capacity.
