The single call center 109 opened “hotline” on the health issues

People of Pavlodar region can ask the questions about treatment of coronavirus, pneumonia and other viral infections by calling 109. If a question concerns primary health care, the call center will redirect it to the polyclinic.

Due to the heavy volume of work, it was decided to open "hot line" in the single contact center of Pavlodar region on urgent health issues. If people call “109”, they can find out about the conditions of hospitalization of COVID-19 patients, how to call doctors from the polyclinic and much more.

Medical workers will answer people’s questions in the single contact center to inform the population more quickly. If the questions are about primary health care, the call will be redirected to the polyclinic. The service “109” works around the clock.
