There must be anchor projects for the development of a tourist cluster. In addition, it is necessary to keep on control issues of inflation and containment of prices for socially significant products.”

Dastan Ryspekov was born in 1984. In 2005, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in State and Local Administration, and in 2008, he graduated from Almaty Law Academy. He started his career in 2006 as a chief specialist of the Income Forecast Department of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Almaty. From April 2007 to March 2013, he worked as the Head of the Department for Economic Policy and Sector Planning, then as the Head of the consolidated Department for Economic Planning of the Economy and Budget Planning of Almaty, the Head of the Planning, Reporting and Informatization Department of the Audit Commission for the city of Almaty. From March 2013 to October 2015, he was the Deputy Head of the Economy and Budget Planning Department of Almaty. From October 2015 to June 2016, he worked as the Head of the Planning and Monitoring Section of the Planning, Analysis and Reporting Department of the Accounts Committee for Control over the Execution of the Republican Budget. Prior to his appointment to this position, he held the position of the Director of the Accounting and Reporting Department of NC Astana EXPO-2017, JSC.
