This was reported during a meeting at the ambulance station of Pavlodar Oblast under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the country Bakytzhan Sagintayev, the correspondent of pavlodarnews.kz reports. The meeting based on the ambulance station was not accidental – it successfully introduces digitalization and uses its advantages. Thanks to electronic medical records, doctors of the ambulance, even before arrival, know to which patient they are going. According to the doctors, due to this, the time for servicing one call is also reduced.

“I think people are happy with the fact that the ambulance arrives within 8 minutes,” – said the Head of the Cabinet. – “We are talking about the rule of the “golden hour”, and here it is less than 10 minutes. Even more quality medical care should be after the introduction of a unified information system in all polyclinics of the republic. After the doctors, who today have to use at least 10 different applications and sites, will be able to work at their workplace through a unified system.”
“In addition, we will need to involve patients in this system,” – said the Minister of Health Yelzhan Birtanov. – “Thus, the patient, having established an electronic health passport, will be able to receive consultations and track his analyzes on the computer or using a mobile phone.”
Testing of the unified system is scheduled to begin in late October. As a pilot, Pavlodar Oblast was chosen.
