Before sending cars to the sites, they were presented to Pavlodar Oblast Akim, on whose initiative three units of special transport were purchased. Mercedes cars are equipped so that transport control workers can quickly check whether the truck is overloaded. Due to the mobile weights, the verification of one truck of many tons in weight takes no more than 2-3 minutes.
“If our workers fix the overload, they will make an administrative material,” said Serik Taldybayev, the Head of Pavlodar Oblast transport inspection. – “Afterwards, a fine of up to 50 MCIs is imposed on individuals and up to 200 MCIs for legal persons.”

Bulat Bakauov noted that together with the staff of the transport control inspectorate, the local police service and the transport prosecutor’s office should monitor the preservation of roads in the region. Including at night.

“Today in the region 80% of the roads are in satisfactory condition,” – the Head of the region stressed. – “With the support of the government, the remaining 20% can be put in order in the next 2-3 years. But if we miss the moment with overloads on the roads, the situation will not improve, but take to the worse.”

On the first day, overloads were seized on mobile posts. On the road near the village of Kalkaman, they stopped “Howo” truck with 36 tons of concrete in the back. The permissible load capacity of the vehicle is only 16 tons. For an overload of 20 tons, the owner of the truck faces a fine of up to KZT 430 thousand.
