The Work Is Humming in the Fields

First off, Bulat Bakauov visited the supporting village of Alexandrovka. Here he got acquainted with the quality of repair of internal roads and looked at how the work is carried out for the central water supply. Earlier in the village, where they usually used shaft wells, there was never a water pipe. In addition, the Head of the Oblast visited a typical veterinary station built this year. According to the Akim, in the five districts today 20 new vet points were handed over, the total cost of which was about KZT 320 million. The points have everything for the work of the veterinary service – the necessary premises and garage for the car.

“What else is needed for a veterinarian is only to work,” – said Bulat Bakauov. – “A veterinarian should periodically bypass each yard because every animal should be on the account. Today, the Ministry of Agriculture is implementing a large program for the development of beef cattle breeding, and we must serve at a high-level livestock imported from the outside to avoid unpleasant situations.”

Besides, Bulat Bakauov visited the village of Orlovka. Here he visited the centre of dual education, opened on the initiative of the leadership of Pobeda, LLP. Students of colleges and universities have the opportunity to practice and study agriculture.

“We have always worked with young people because in the future they are our future employees,” – says the Head of Pobeda, LLP, Alexander Polyakov. – “In the harvesting campaign and other work of the enterprise we employ 28 students, including students of the Shcherbakty College.”

As it turned out, the company attracts high school students of the local school to work in the fields. For practice, the people receive a salary.

“My father taught me to work in the field, that’s why I came to practice to Pobeda, LLP with certain skills,” – says eleven-year-old Alexander Shil. – “My working day starts at 11 pm and ends at 5 pm. Thanks to this kind of work you will learn what kind of work it is necessary to grow and carry hay.”

In the village of Sharbakty, the Head of the Oblast held a meeting on the work of the local police service. He recalled that an employee of the Ministry of Railways must, first of all, be on the sites entrusted to them and solve the problems of the local population.
