The site for the implementation of the project at 6,640 hectares was allocated only one kilometre from Irtysh riverbed. At once five large peasant farms of Irtysh District — Abai, LLP, Zamandas, Danat, Talapker and Urazbaev peasant farms are going to work on it. Bulat Bakauov met with the Heads of these agricultural enterprises.
“There is no such site in the region” – the Head of the region emphasized in his conversation with the farmers. – “In addition to the proximity of water to each watering machine, you can conduct electricity by abandoning the traditional diesel station. In fact, having joined the outlet, peasants can save on diesel fuel, hiring an operator and servicing the station. Look at how irrigation is developing in the neighbouring Aktogay District, where 500 quintals of potatoes per hectare are received. The same yield can be obtained in Irtysh District.”
Today there is a development of design estimates for the construction of the irrigation system. The Akim noted that the designers should accelerate so that it would be possible to declare the project for financing for 2019.

Furthermore, in Irtysh District Bulat Bakauov took part in a meeting on topical veterinary issues. One of the issues that were considered at the meeting was the transition from the use of burial ground for cattle to incinerators.
“In any case, we will not be able to build l burial grounds for cattle in the right quantity and with the required quality, especially since we fill up one burial ground for cattle quicker than in two years,” – the Head of the Oblast stated. – “For example, in the village of Kenzhekol a new burial ground for cattle was filled in six months! It is better to buy one mobile incinerator for each region, which will be located in a veterinary station and, if necessary, can leave for any rural district.”

If the building of one burial ground for cattle costs from KZT 6.5 to 12.5 million, the cost of a crematory is about KZT 20 million. In this case, the furnace for burning biomass can last up to 20 years in a row. Currently, the regional veterinary administration has already prepared an application for the purchase of six incinerators.
