The socio-economic development of the region in 10 months was discussed today in the akimat of the region
Prior to the consideration of the main issues, the head of the region, Asain Baykhanov, heard a report on the measures taken following the results of a special meeting dedicated to the tragedy in the village of Beskauga. So, during the raids, 1047 families of the risk group were visited, of which 166 families were additionally identified. It is proposed to define a single operator for the support of such families from point A – from the moment of entry into a dysfunctional environment to point B – exit from this category. To strengthen the targeting of comprehensive social services, commissions on juvenile affairs will be created in large settlements where more than 2,000 people live. On behalf of the akim of the region on the revision of the system of preventive activities of educational institutions, a regional Comprehensive plan has been developed to protect children from violence, prevent suicide and ensure their rights.
The case of the death of an 8-month-old child in the village of Shiderty was also examined in detail. The heads of polyclinics No. 3 of Pavlodar, No. 3 of Ekibastuz, as well as the Aktogay regional hospital were brought to disciplinary responsibility for weak control of dynamic supervision of children under one year of age. A forensic medical examination is underway into the death of the child, the results of which will be announced on December 12.
Asain Baykhanov instructed to continue work on the prevention of crimes against children and strengthen the activities of social patronage of low-income families, as well as to completely review preventive work in educational institutions.
Irina Nazarchuk, Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning, spoke on the first issue of the main agenda of the staff meeting. Positive dynamics has been achieved in all basic socio-economic indicators in the region. In 10 months of this year, 730.1 billion tenge were attracted to the Pavlodar region, which is 28.2% higher than last year.
Asain Baykhanov drew the attention of the akims of the districts to the need for timely completion of the construction of water pipes in the villages of Aktogay, Bayanaul, Uspensky districts, the purchase of housing for socially vulnerable segments of the population.
- The population expects real results from us. Each of you is personally responsible for the effective and full use of budget funds," the governor of the region said.
On the second issue of the meeting "On the preparation of highways for the winter period", the report of the head of the Department of Transport and Highways Kanat Kashkirov was not accepted by the akim of the region due to the speaker's unpreparedness for the issue under discussion.
The head of the region stressed that he requires professionalism and competence from subordinates in working in supervised areas. The Department of Transport and Highways was instructed to carry out a visit of specialists to each district of the region, get acquainted with the situation on the readiness of regional roads for the winter period and report on this at the next meeting. The head of the department was disciplined in the form of a reprimand.
